“Knubbling” floor lamp by Anders Pehrson for Ateljé Lyktan
Rare “Knubbling” floor lamp by Anders Pehrson for Ateljé Lyktan (Sweden, 1970s).
An absolutely spectacular design by renowned Swedish designer Anders Person, the Knubbling floor lamp is a true statement piece.
The lamp features an elegant dark brown lacquered metal base, beautifully contrasted by a generous acrylic shade. Both the shade and the internal diffuser emit light in subtly different tones, creating a layered and dynamic illumination effect. When lit, the lamp reveals a warm, atmospheric glow with remarkable depth.
This example remains in very good vintage condition, showing only minor surface scratches to the base consistent with age and use.
A rare and collectible piece of Swedish modern lighting.
