  • Sold Set of six rare “Pirtti” dining chairs by Eero Aarnio for Laukaan Puu (Finland, 1960s). This exceptional set of “Pirtti” dining chairs by Eero Aarnio stands out from the more common pine versions, as they are crafted from solid oak. Their bold, sculptural design strikes a balance between brutalism and organic softness, with rounded edges and a strong, grounded presence. The oak has aged beautifully over time, with each chair showcasing a unique patina and subtle variations in wood grain and tone. While they bear visible signs of use, these natural imperfections only enhance their character, giving them a rich, lived-in warmth.
